Confident Kids is…

An evidence-based resiliency group program designed to assist kids and teens aged 5-15 years develop life skills to boost confidence, resilience and self-esteem. The focus is on wellbeing, emotional health and helping kids understand the way their minds work so that they can recognise the strengths and abilities they already have.

The Confident Kids program is highly specialised to the unique needs of each child rather than a one size fits all approach.  It's fun. It's interactive and maximises each child's academic, social and emotional success. Many stresses can shake a child's confidence such as being excluded by friends, bullying, getting low grades, not being the best or not being chosen for a team, award or performance. The Confident Kids program will giive your child self-esteem tools to keep confidence steady and strong forever!

The Confident Kids and Confident Teens programs are only available at Positive Families Psychology Clinic, Paddington, Queensland.
