- To help teens develop a positive self-concept (or healthy self-esteem) and to value themselves.
- To help teens understand how their mind works and how their thinking affects all aspects of their lives.
- To help teens learn how to distinguish between unhelpful and helpful thoughts and feelings.
- To help teens become aware of and manage their emotions and feelings.
- To teach teens basic relaxation and Mindful Awareness skills.
- To improve teen's behaviour and school performance.
- To improve confidence, resilience and self-esteem in teens.
- To help siblings get along and learn to live together peacefully.
